The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of Chenango is made up of homeowners elected at the annual meeting or appointed by the current committee to approve all changes to the exterior of the homes in Chenango.

The ACC strives to balance the rights and wishes of a homeowner to make changes to their property with the aesthetic needs of the community and the view corridors of neighboring properties.

The ACC meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm at a member's home on a rotating basis. Here is the schedule for 2006:
